My background in finance and my passion for finding those perfect matches - employer with employee - is how I've built this company to be the leading staffing agency on the Central Coast."

Julie Camacho - "As Vice President of United Staffing Associates, I strive to maintain a professional image for our organization. I am also excited to have the opportunity to bring my expertise in customer service and public relations to help with our company's growth. My current area of focus is working with our customers in the Central Valley."

Susan Elson - "As Chief Financial Officer of United Staffing Associates, I will be handling all financial aspects of the business. Greg D. Elson - "As the Director of Communication & Technology for United Staffing Associates, my main focus is on the continued development of our visual information systems. That means I work alongside our Director of Marketing to constantly develop and refine our print advertising, our web site, our various pamphlets & printed materials, etc.

My background includes 20 years of design, publication, and printing experience as well as several years of computer programming and software assistance experience. Before joining USA , I was the Director of Communications/Graphic Designer for a sizeable non-profit organization. My 15 years of experience with this organization demonstrated to me the importance of working together as a team. This concept is very strong at USA and is modeled from the top down. That's one of the things that I enjoy so much about being a part of United Staffing Associates."

 
 
  Jeannine Young - "In Human Resources my career spans 30+ years in a variety of businesses and management levels having worked in retail, manufacturing, public and private industries and self-employment consulting. Positions I've held span from Labor Analyst to VP of Human Resources while partnering with line employees, CEOs and Company Presidents.

As an HR Management Generalist, my expertise covers the full body of HR knowledge as is validated by my certification with SHRM and SPHR which I've held since 2001. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and served on the Board of the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast in 2005."

 
 
  Wendi Patterson - "As Director of Marketing and Brand Development, I oversee USA 's branding, advertising, public relations, media relations, trade shows, and marketing. This is my passion and I am dedicated to assisting USA 's rapid growth.

With undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and marketing, a strong interest in the field of human resources, and many years of marketing experience, I intend to increase brand awareness and take this company to the next level."

 
 
  Jorge Ramos - "I’m excited to join United Staffing as Regional Sales Manager for the Visalia and Porterville branches. I bring over ten years of experience in the staffing industry to my position. My previous positions include branch manager, regional sales manager, and vice-president of marketing, providing me with a multi-faceted understanding of the staffing industry.

I have previously owned my own business, and have lived and worked in the Central Valley for years. These experiences have given me a thorough understanding of how to best meet the staffing needs of this area. I grew up in Porterville, California and attended College of the Sequoias in Visalia before transferring to CalPoly San Luis Obispo on a baseball scholarship and graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Art – Graphic Design.

I like to stay involved in my community with such groups as Kiwanis, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Executives’ Association of Tulare. I also enjoy coaching high school baseball."

 

 

Mark Montanez - "As Manager of Training and Development, I concentrate on the internal intricacies that support the internal staff of United Staffing Associates; thus allowing the company the ability to strengthen within existing communities as well as expand to new ones.

Since USA is growing so rapidly, I evaluate and implement company policies, create new protocols, which include standardizing processes and procedures, and streamlining company efficiency.

As a member of the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast and the Society for Human Resource Management, I also look forward to applying my human resources knowledge to help businesses find qualified employees."
