Did you know you must keep a First Aid Kit available to your employees? Yes, there are rules regarding how to provide and maintain this tool for the benefit of workers who may find themselves in need.
- Your First Aid Kit should be kept in a sanitary location, clean and useable.
- Materials within are to be approved by a consulting physician
- Should be replenished regularly
- Over the counter medications such as aspirin may not be included unless recommended by the company physician.
