Needed for temporary assignment (3-6 mths) with local municipal government. Will assist with recruitment & (depending upon exp.) other HR objectives & department duties. Must have prior exp. within HR administration and/or recruitment. Government exp. helpful but not required. Duties include: Performing wide variety of highly responsible, complex, technical, & confidential administrative duties relating to HR functions & programs while under general supervision; Providing assistance in areas of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits administration, classification/compensation, & employee relations; Providing information & assistance to City employees & general public regarding HR activities, processes, policies, & procedures. Work schedule: anticipated to be Mon-Fri/8:00am-5:00pm. Wage: $25.00 hr. - plus or minus depending on skills & exp. (#8.0608.101 – Paso Robles)
