Needed for San Luis Obispo County college. Will guide & encourage prospective students, match applicants with career education programs, & provide support throughout enrollment process. Duties include: Developing leads to support student enrollment; Answering phones & providing customer service support; Scheduling appointments, delivering presentations, & giving tours to prospective students; Completing enrollment packages, facilitating placement exams, & referring students to Financial Aid as needed. Required qualifications: Associate's Degree with prior exp. in customer service, sales, and/or admissions; Knowledge of MS Office programs & ability to learn & use company proprietary software; Flexible schedule - to attend evening & weekend events as needed. Full-time position. Salary: $40K-$50K DOE. (#8.0703.101 – Paso Robles)
