Sanitation Supervisor: - Required qualifications: Can maintain good working relationships with employees through strong interpersonal & oral communications, teamwork, counseling, & fair/consistent enforcement of Company policies & procedures; Can cooperate with & maintain open communications between shifts & departments; Can identify & recommend expenditures in support of food safety and quality; Able to delegate work assignments & set expectations, motivate others, develop skills for supervisors & operators, & value diversity; Understands & has knowledge of chemicals used in cleaning process; Understands the manufacturing process & equipment parts/systems in order to ensure proper sanitization of equipment & efficient line start-ups; Understands & has knowledge of GMP, FDA, PMO, HACCP, & OSHA requirements. Duties include: Working in conjunction with department supervision to motivate, train, & instruct Sanitation Technicians in cleaning production equipment & facility; Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization's policies & applicable laws; Will work in conjunction with department supervision to insure proper staffing is available to efficiently conduct sanitation activities; Will conduct daily safety, sanitation, & GMP compliance inspections; Will maintain Master Sanitation schedule & required quality assurance documentation; Will support QA Manager with sanitation related budget elements, food safety and quality program development, preventative maintenance program development and facility improvement recommendations; Will report food safety & quality issues to immediate supervisor. Maintenance Mechanic: - Experienced Maintenance Mechanic needed for local citrus packing house. Will perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical, & preventative maintenance on various machinery.
