Duties include: Answering incoming telephone calls & greeting all customers; Entering orders into software program, ordering materials, following up on orders, & advising salespeople when material has arrived; Creating reports & bank deposits; Invoicing customers for orders & maintaining MS Excel program that tracks billing; Assisting in showroom promotions & events; Providing paperwork requested for commercial jobs including certified payroll, proof of insurance, etc.; Creating & maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets & reports as needed; Assisting in keeping pricing on retail floor up to date; Assisting in maintaining retail floor cleanliness & organization of samples by walking floor each morning & tidying up as needed. Mon-Fri. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $19.00 hr. (#1.0910.306 – San Luis Obispo)
