Needed in Corona, CA. Duties include: Processing mail, doing data entry, & other office duties; Maintaining spreadsheets & weekly check runs; Maintaining reports with accuracy; Matching invoices to purchase receipts; Aging reports & applying payments; Processing & reconciliation of credit cards; Resolving payment discrepancies. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs Accounting exp.; Knowledge & experience with AP/AR; Able to use Accounting software (QuickBooks not necessary); Typing 35-40 WPM with accuracy; Able to do data entry/10-key by touch; Strong verbal & written communications skills; Good attention-to-detail & analytical skills; Excellent customer service skills. Work schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm. Wage: $18.00-$24.00 hr. (#4.0418.116 – Rancho Cucamonga)
