Duties include: Performing arithmetic calculations & verifying totals & extensions on variety of employee payroll & benefits; Checking, sorting, coding, & filing variety of employee payroll & benefits documents; Identifying need for adjusting entries & notifying superiors; Inputting payroll information on manual or automated system; Balancing general & subsidiary ledgers & activity records to computer printouts & other control documents; Interpreting & consolidating payroll & benefits information from variety of sources; Assisting in review of annual 401a certificate; Handling reconciliation & distribution of annual employee W-2’s; Preparing & scanning required payroll reports per document retention policy. Required qualifications: 2 yrs exp. Wage: $22.00 hr. (#3.1003.109 – Bakersfield)
