Need experienced, organized, & detail-oriented professional for construction company in Creston, CA. Will support Accounting Manager with A/P, data entry, filing, & clerical support. Duties include: Accurately entering data into Quickbooks & MS Excel spreadsheets; Processing Accounts Payable; Supply ordering; Supporting clerical needs of department. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs exp. in accounting role; QuickBooks exp. (exp. with desktop version a strong plus); Good computer acumen; Proficiency with common office software programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Good written & oral communication skills; Organized with good time management skills.
