Needed in Atascadero, CA. Duties include: Greeting & welcoming all visitors as first point of contact; Answering, screening, & forwarding calls with professional & friendly phone etiquette; Collecting employee timecards; Making travel arrangements for staff; Coordinating weekly safety meetings & taking meeting minutes; Working with management on handling project bids & paperwork; Assisting with employee onboarding; Coordinating holiday events & meetings; Assisting as coverage for counter sales when needed; Assisting HR department with collection of documents; Setting up file system; Organizing & maintaining calendar tasks; Managing multiple email inboxes for various departments; Organizing & maintaining office supplies. Required qualifications: Strong customer service skills; Detail-oriented; Ability to multitask with limited supervision; Strong computer skills; Ability to work cash register & handle cash/credit payment; Flexibility to handle last minute changes & willingness to fill in when needed in various departments; Professional demeanor; Ability to handle confidential & sensitive information.
