Ambassador Lead

Duties include: Managing & working alongside Ambassador Team to ensure compliance with organization policies & standards; Handling weekly scheduling & daily shift briefings; Assigning duties & zones; Reviewing events & weather & safety updates; Assigning projects & ensuring all reporting (daily metrics, incident reporting) is thorough & up to date; Assisting with in-house training, including new hire training & team training; Developing & maintaining working relationships with local government service providers, property managers, merchants, & members of organization; Conducting weekly team meetings & ensuring all people on team are deployed & have necessary equipment & supplies to perform duties. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $21.00-$25.00 hr. (#3.1030.806 – San Luis Obispo)
