Assembler

Needed in Hemet, CA. Duties include: Performing mechanical assembly of electromechanical assemblies, subassemblies, mechanisms, & systems in accordance with production/engineering specifications, sketches, &/or verbal instructions; Performing assembly work requiring high degree of dexterity; Using tools & fixtures for detailed locating & positioning of parts; Adjusting, aligning, & tightening using air vise, hand tools, pneumatic tools, & drill presses (drill presses currently only used in WS Assembly line); Keeping track of inventory in work area & notifying supervisor when material is needed; Identifying & replacing or reporting defective subassemblies; Conducting simple go-no-go testing; Observing & following all safety regulations & company policies; Operating powered industrial truck (forklift) to load & unload material; Observing & following all safety regulations & company policies; Maintaining clean, orderly, & safe work area; Maintaining dedication to collaboration & positive, encouraging demeanor towards all personnel; Performing duties as assigned to ensure success of projects, individuals, & company; Supporting improvement activities (DBS).
