Needed in Bakersfield, CA. Will supervise Care Manager, Community Relations Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator, & any Office Administrative staff. Duties include: Assuming management responsibility under Branch Director for fiscal & operational activities of home care organization; Maintaining responsibility for long-term planning, organizing, directing, & staffing of Organization. Required qualifications: High school diploma; No less than 1 yr. exp. with in-home care; Complete "Criminal Record Statement" (LIC 508); Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (LIC 9163); Complete "Personnel Record" (HCS 501); Complete "Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults & Elders" (SOC 341A); Knowledge of all Federal, State, & local regulations governing home care practices & ability to always comply appropriately; Basic computer knowledge (data entry, word processing).
