Bookkeeper PT

Duties include: Inputting all invoices into proper accounts & processing online payments; Making occasional general ledger entries; Completing remote deposits. Required qualifications: Exp. using QuickBooks Pro; Able to work with public, professionally address issues in solution-oriented fashion, & possess astute organizational & multitasking work traits; Detail-oriented person that follows through. Schedule: 6 hrs per day, Mon-Fri the first week & a half of each month, & for the rest of the month work 4 hrs per day. Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $23.00-$25.00 hr. DOE.
