Need individual with experience using QuickBooks Pro & possesses general ledger knowledge & transaction coordination experience for established property management firm is seeking. Duties include: Conducting owner draws no later than 5th of the month; Inputting invoices into client accounts & paying draws online; Making occasional general ledger entries; Completing remote deposits; Processing reports & crediting clients. Required qualifications: At least 2 yrs exp. using QuickBooks Pro; Past bookkeeping exp.; Detail-oriented person with excellent follow through. Must report to office the first 10 days of the month by 8:00am. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position that offers flexible schedule & wage of $25.00 hr. until training period concludes. Afterwards, position offers wage of $25.00-$30.00 hr. DOE. (#3.0119.506 – San Luis Obispo)
