Needed to provide technical support to Advisors & perform wide range of administrative duties for financial services firm. Will play key role in building relationships with clients while being first point of contact. Duties include: Answering all incoming calls & greeting all clients in courteous, professional manner; Assisting with planning & executing client meetings & events; Opening new accounts both electronically & in paper form; Maintaining & updating existing accounts; Gathering, organizing, & analyzing client data including scanning & uploading documents to online portal; Preparing financial plans & presentations for Lead Advisor; Monitoring & ordering client gifts for major life events; Navigating through client web based software to pull forms needed to be completed by clients; Preparing written correspondence to clients. Required qualifications: High school diploma/equivalent; Min. 3 yrs prior Administrative Assistance exp. (strong plus if in financial industry); Proficient in MS Office programs; Excellent customer service skills; Detail-oriented; Strong communication & organization skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred. Part-time position with potential to transition into full-time. Wage: $20.00-$25.00 hr.
