Community Enrollment Navigator

Will provide support & guidance with Redetermination of Eligibility (RE) application process to keep membership enrolled into health coverage. Duties include: Developing thorough understanding of Medi-Cal eligibility process & resources offered by state, county, including BenefitsCal.com & reporting tools; Serving as liaison within client & public concerning enrollment, understanding, & visibility of health care services program; Assisting members to accurately complete their Medi-Cal Redetermination of Eligibility application & successfully enrolling/re-enrolling into government sponsored health insurance program; Demonstrating ability to manage databases & spreadsheets to documents notes, demographic updates, & encounters; Occasionally working events as scheduled that require weekends or evenings; Moving or lifting boxes or materials up to 25 lbs. used for marketing promotions & events. Required qualifications: High school diploma from accredited school/equivalent; 2+ yrs recent exp. in customer service organization or related field with high degree of problem solving & decision making; Typing skills of 30+ WPM. Bilingual (Spanish) certification Tier I preferred. Wage: $22.00 hr. (#5.1118.108 – Delano)
