Needed for company in Ventura, CA. Required qualifications: 3 yrs exp. as Estimator & Project Manager; Exp. in high-end or commercial construction; Proven exp. in project management within construction industry; Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contract negotiation, & project management principles; Familiarity with construction site operations & safety regulations; Proficiency in using construction management software like Bluebeam & HeavyBid. Mon-Friday, Saturdays as needed. Direct Hire position. Wage: Up to $125,000 yr. (#4.0830.212 – Santa Paula)
