Needed in Lompoc, CA. Duties include: Providing support to Management to ensure harvest data entry is complete as governed by CA Department of Cannabis Control & any other applicable regulatory agency; Ensuring accurate & precise information is gathered & entered into large database sets during harvest season; Reporting to multiple farming locations daily to ensure data being captured on-site is reported accurately & timely to both Warehouse & Compliance teams; Maintaining upkeep of all data related to harvest traceability (to include but not limited to: Harvest Recordkeeping, Google Sheets Data, Third Party Testing); Maintaining professionalism & living company’s core values of Teamwork, Innovation, Integrity, & Process at all times; Maintaining professional communication with personnel at all levels; Performing all other duties as assigned or inherent to position. Required qualifications: 21 yrs of age (or older) at time of hire; 1+ yrs verifiable work exp. in cannabis industry or related role; Possess & maintain valid CA driver’s license & meet requirements for insurability under company’s policy; Intermediate knowledge & practical use of MS Office systems (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Power Point, & other MS Tools) & Google Sheets; Proficiency of English language, verbal & written format; Sound judgment & decision-making skills; Adaptability, accountability, & relationship & team building skills. Knowledge of agriculture, cultivation, & farming operations desired. Regulatory, land use, or compliance exp. helpful. Proficiency of Spanish language, verbal & written desirable. Mon-Fri.
