Customer Service/Call Center

Needed in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This position is within Call Center/Customer Service department with high volume calls/customers & within multitasking environment. Duties include: Maintaining client relations; Taking inbound calls from current & past customers that have purchased company's products/items to provide assistance, ETAs, & verification; Collaborating with team regarding customer questions, requests, refunds, replacements, &/or missing parts; Providing future customers with item descriptions by navigating website; Calling customers to receive feedback on purchased items. 1st shift. Mon-Fri/8:00am-5:00pm with some weekends. (#3.0523.216 – Rancho Cucamonga)
