Customer Service Rep

Will independently perform wide variety of complex tasks. Duties include: Coordinating with overseas customers to ensure accurate delivery of required documentation; Ensuring timely & accurate delivery of shipments with Ocean Carriers; Interacting with other departments to ensure accuracy of customer requirements for shipments; Communicating directly with buyers at direction of Customer Relations Manager regarding contracts & contract requirements; At times, completing bank documentation accurately, ensuring timely delivery of documentation to buyer; Working closely with Quality Assurance team to ensure customer requirements are in line with Food Safety requirements & USDA specifications. Required qualifications: Min. 3 yrs clerical Admin exp.; Able to lift up to 15 lbs.; Flexible with OT or weekends. 1st shift. Wage: $19.00-$21.00 hr. DOE. (#4.0903.308 – Delano)
