Duties include: Reiterating order details & delivery expectations; Listening to customer needs & concerns & diplomatically solving challenges; Updating & communicating progress with customers to ensure positive experience; Arranging order & delivery expectations with dispatch team; Outlining billing options & assisting in collections from time to time; Supporting sales force by maximizing their time to focus on new accounts; Representing company at various customer, community, & charitable events. Required qualifications: Basic level MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM & data entry skills; Ability to communicate effectively, both oral & written; Self-reliant & displays urgency to address customer issues. 1-3 yrs exp. preferred. Training for position is informal & ongoing. 8:00am-5:00pm. Wage: $16.00-$19.00 hr. (#3.0220.217 – Corona)
