Director of Finance & Accounting

Needed in Upland, CA. Will take full ownership of financial infrastructure, including bookkeeping, jobs costing, forecasting, reporting, & strategic analysis. The Director focuses on ensuring financials are processed & completed accurately, in a timely manner, & presented in a format relevant to the owners & functional leads management of the organization. Duties include: Handling bookkeeping & accounting, job costing & project financials, cash flow & financial clarity, strategic finance & reporting, & compliance controls; Acting as CPA liaison. Required qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting &/or Finance; 5+ yrs exp. in Accounting, Finance/Controller level roles; Exp. with Construction & Job Costing. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Project Management software a plus. Hours/7:00am-4:00pm. Wage: $110,000-$130,000 yr. DOE. (#5.0530.121 – Ontario)
