Will provide administrative support to President. Duties include: Prioritizing emails & responding to phone calls, & other similar administrative duties; Managing travel for senior executives & others, including air/ground transportation & hotels; Preparing & submitting expense reports; Assisting with meeting preparation (includes agendas, scheduling, & creating PowerPoint decks); Preparing & maintaining minutes & agenda for board of directors; Acting as central point of contact with corporate counsel for lawsuits & depositions; Coordinating with vendors to maintain image of facility (includes landscaping, building supervision, on-site administrative, & janitorial team); Maintaining confidential & sensitive information. Required qualifications: Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). College degree in Business or related field preferred. Wage: $25.00+ hr. DOE.
