Duties include: Greeting guests; Making labels; Answering phones; Assisting accounting department with account payables data entry into QuickBooks including cost coding; Working with tenants in person & over the phone with contracts, documentation, transfers, & billing statements; Chasing up accounts receivables; Managing vehicle insurance & registrations; Utilizing internet to conduct research when needed; Performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs relevant exp.; Proficient in MS Office; Proficient in QuickBooks; Computer & internet literacy. Part-time, Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $22.00-$25.00 hr.
