Will perform variety of responsible financial support activities. Duties include: Entering data; Organizing & retrieving; Processing payments & disbursements; Automated & manual record keeping; Handling extensive public contact & assistance in person, over the phone, & in writing; Preparing & filing reports; Performing other related work as assigned. Required qualifications: 1 yr. recent exp. in administrative or customer service field; MS Office skills which include operation of 10-key calculator & Excel knowledge. Recent customer service exp. in public agency setting & work in accounting, finance, or related field is desirable. Full-time position. Duration of assignment is now through end of Dec.
