Needed in Bakersfield area, CA. Duties include: Operating automated multi-line telephone equipment; Operating desktop computer in Windows environment; Routing incoming telephone calls to proper person after determining needs of caller; Meeting & assisting public by answering their general questions according to department policies; Having visitors sign in & issuing temporary visitor badges; Performing data entry tasks as assigned which may include, but not limited to, letter generation, statistical data entry, & generation of reports for Supervisor as requested; Typing letters, filing documents, creating address labels for mailing, & performing other various clerical tasks as needed; Performing research for projects as required. Required qualifications: Good computer skills; Ability to multitask & prioritize daily work; Great customer service skills; Ability to communicate effectively, both oral & written; Bilingual. 1st Shift.
