General Laborer

Needed to perform job site cleanup for SLO residential development project. Duties include: Removing debris, trash, & materials from construction sites; Cleaning & preparing construction sites for next phase of work; Operating equipment such as brooms, shovels, & wheelbarrows to clear debris; Ensuring all tools & equipment are cleaned & stored properly; Handling & disposing of waste in accordance with local regulations; Sweeping, mopping, & vacuuming floors to remove dust & debris; Cleaning windows, walls, & other surfaces as required; Coordinating with construction teams to ensure timely clean-up after each phase. Required qualifications: Knowledge of safety protocols & procedures in construction industry; Ability to lift heavy objects & work in physically demanding environment; Strong attention-to-detail & commitment to maintaining clean work environment; Ability to work independently & as part of team. 2 yrs exp. in construction clean-up or similar role is a plus. Full-time position. Job duration is 1 yr. or more. Wage: $18.00 hr. (#3.1005.506 – San Luis Obispo)
