Hotel Maintenance Technician

Needed for beautiful hotel property in North SLO County, CA. Will be responsible for ensuring proper repair & maintenance of all buildings, facilities, & equipment. Duties include: Maintaining property & repairing rooms & buildings; Working on HVAC, electrical, & plumbing; Assisting with pool maintenance; Assisting with installing or repairing various equipment on property. Required qualifications: Demonstrated work exp. in maintenance role &/or exp. with plumbing, HVAC, or electrical; Able to remain self-motivated under limited supervision; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to work weekends & holidays. Anticipated schedule Wed-Sun/7:00am-3:30pm. Wage: $18.00-$25.00 hr. DOE. (#3.0504.101 – Paso Robles)
