Needed for business on the Coast. Great opportunity to gain additional HR experience with municipality. Duties include: Managing talent acquisition process including recruiting, selecting, pre-employment requirements, orienting, & training employees; Administering workers’ compensation program; Managing & maintaining employee files; Maintaining & updating benefit & compensation plans; Managing policies & procedures; Maintaining accurate records. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs HR exp.; 1+ yrs exp. in Workers’ Compensation programs; 1+ yrs recruiting exp.; Prior exp. in benefits. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources a strong plus.
