HR Manager

Needed to oversee personnel & daily operations of HR department for business in Paso Robles, CA. Great opportunity to build your HR skills & knowledge in manufacturing environment. Assignment expected to start mid-June 2023 & could go through January 2024. Duties include: Managing HR reporting & communications; Analyzing reports provided by HR team, team leaders, & other managers to determine employee performance & training needs, including delivering employee reviews; Managing talent acquisition process including recruiting, selecting, orienting, & training employees; Completing annual employee engagement surveys; Understanding & implementing applicable human resource federal & state requirements; Overseeing payroll & monitoring daily time records (including but not limited to accuracy of time punches, attendance, punctuality, overtime hours, & meal & break compliance); Distributing all benefit enrollment materials & processing open enrollment; Communicating with both English & Spanish speaking employees. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related work exp.; 3+ yrs exp. in Human Resources; Knowledge of HR software & MS Office (knowledge in Workday a strong plus); Knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, & compensation; Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, & conflict resolution skills; Adept to problem-solving & conflict resolution. Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus. Temporary position. Wage: $30.00-$35.00 hr. (#3.0516.101 – Paso Robles)
