Need customer-oriented individual to provide analytical coordination & inside customer support from communicating with valued customers, to liaising with business partners, to managing technical & product-related information for growing, nationwide organization in North San Luis Obispo County, CA. Duties include: Assisting customers with product & order status information, inquiries, troubleshooting, & problem solving; Providing follow up to ensure issues are resolved & customer satisfaction is reached; Managing large data sets, updating customer records, & completing thorough & accurate data entry, reporting, & documentation; Handling inbound/outbound phone calls, written correspondence, & office clerical tasks; Coordinating & managing information for projects between customers & internal departments (sales, warehouse, external business partners); Communicating with local & international mailing services including UPS, FedEx, & GLS to check on shipment statuses & request pick-ups. Required qualifications: Exp. with ERP/CRM programs; Proficient with common office software including MS Excel; Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills; Ability to work independently & as part of team; Excellent time management & strong attention-to-detail; People person that radiates positivity & possesses eye for detail.
