Inside Sales/Customer Service

Duties include: Working closely & providing support & information to departments; Responding timely & professionally to customer service requests for information related to products; Conducting data entry of orders & confirmations promptly each day; Assisting in tracking inventory for open orders & processing vendor purchase orders as needed to fulfill orders; Processing orders, returns, stock rotations, etc. Required qualifications: Exp. in Customer Service business to business (no retail); Excellent communication skills & proficient with computers; Comfortable resolving customer complaints by investigating problems & helping to find resolutions. 7:30am-4:00pm.
