Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Duties include: Taking sales orders via telephone from both repeat & new accounts; Preparing & delivering quotations; Negotiating prices with customers; Following up to build critical bonds with customers; Telemarketing both warm & cold leads to obtain new business; Providing pre & post sales services; Cold calling/telemarketing for assigned accounts from database; Creating & building relationships with customers over the phone; Consistently following up with customers & accounts to generate repeat sales. B2B wholesale or distribution sales exp. a plus. Hours/8:00am-5:00pm. Wage: $20.00 hr. (#4.1105.221 – Ontario)
