Journeyman Carpenter

Need experienced Journeyman Carpenter to showcase their expertise & join dynamic team in Cambria, CA. Duties include: Interpreting blueprints, sketches, & building plans to ensure accurate execution of construction projects; Collaborating with project managers, architects, & fellow tradespeople to ensure seamless project coordination; Constructing, installing, & repairing structures & fixtures made of wood, plywood, & other materials; Safely & effectively operating wide range of woodworking tools & equipment; Framing & finishing interior & exterior walls, roofs, staircases, windows, doors, & more; Maintaining clean & organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols & regulations; Providing mentorship & guidance to apprentices, fostering culture of skill development & teamwork. Required qualifications: Proficient in use of hand & power tools; Strong understanding of carpentry techniques; Ability to read & interpret blueprints; Excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
