Landscape Laborer

Will be responsible for upkeep & maintenance of grounds. Duties include: Maintaining grounds using wide variety of landscaping tools such as mowers, weed whackers, hedge trimmers, pruning shears, & leaf blowers; Programming, installing, & repairing irrigation systems; Maintaining all landscaping on property; Cleaning outdoor property. Required qualifications: Prior exp. doing commercial &/or hotel landscaping & working with irrigation systems; Prior exp. maintaining grounds at commercial building; Knowledge of irrigation; Knowledge of how to maintain variety of plants & trees; Ability to operate variety of landscaping equipment; Customer service-oriented & able to work in team environment; Ability to work in varied outdoor weather conditions.
