Lead HVAC Installer

Needed to lead team of dedicated employees committed to delivering exceptional heating & cooling solutions to customers. Duties include: Leading, mentoring, & providing guidance to junior installers; Overseeing installation process from start to finish; Keeping track of & managing inventory of parts, tools, & materials; Ensuring work truck has all necessary materials needed for repairs & installations; Providing excellent customer service to clients & addressing their needs; Ensuring cleanup of work area & usage of drop cloths & floor savers; Completing necessary installation reports & paperwork; Troubleshooting & resolving issues on units; Ensuring units are in proper working order prior to leaving jobsite; Upholding safety protocols & regulations. Required qualifications: Proven exp. as HVAC Installer; Strong leadership & time management skills; Detail-oriented for precise installation & documentation; Excellent communication & customer service skills; Ability to use handheld power tools; Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, crouch, & work in tight spaces as needed. Mon-Fri/8:00am-5:00pm, overtime & afterhours may be required. Wage: $20.00-$35.00 hr. (#3.0907.101 – Paso Robles)
