Line Cook (Winery)

Needed to join kitchen staff for successful, family-owned winery & restaurant. Part-time or Full-time schedule considered. Great opportunity for individual that has weekend availability but prefers day shift schedule – shifts typically end by approximately 6:00pm. Duties include: Preparing food by grilling, frying, & other cooking methods; Following recipes to cook & plate warm food dishes; Setting up cook stations & stock with necessary supplies; Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene standards; Understanding how to properly use & maintain all station equipment. Required qualifications: Food Handler Card or ability to complete training to obtain it; Prior restaurant exp. preparing hot meals using range of various cooking methods such as grilling & frying; Possess cooking skills; Ability to work weekends (part-time or full-time schedule).
