Machine Operator/Deburr

Needed in Chino, CA. Duties include: Smoothing burrs & sharp edges; Grinding, filing, sanding, & polishing metal surfaces to specified shape & smoothness using hand tools; Removing metal burrs & smoothing out contoured surfaces with power tools; Verifying dimensions & radius using micrometers, dial indicators, & calipers; Inspecting & measuring parts; Ensuring organized & clean work areas; Performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications: Exp. & knowledge of deburring methods; Exp. in grinding, removing excess material, sandblasting, cleaning, & polishing product; Knowledge in hand tools & measuring tools, micrometers & gauges; Manual dexterity; Able to proficiently remove burrs from parts utilizing vibrating & tumbling deburring equipment. Hours/6:00am-2:30pm. Wage: $19.00 hr. (#4.0911.121 – Ontario)
