Maintenance Manager (Temporary)

Needed in San Luis Obispo, CA. Duties include: Overseeing maintenance repair activities in apartment complex; Ensuring that property is well-maintained, safe, & comfortable for residence; Performing repairs, maintenance tasks, inspections, work orders, budget management, record keeping, preventive maintenance, emergency response, supervision & training, vendor relationships, compliance, communication, tenant satisfaction, & energy efficiency & sustainability. Required qualifications: At least 1 yr. maintenance management exp.; Exp. working with diverse group of people including maintenance staff, residents, & vendors; Strong organizational, problem-solving, & communications skills; Knowledgeable in various maintenance tasks; Capable of managing routine maintenance & unexpected emergencies.
