Mechanic

Need skilled Mechanic to maintain & repair vehicles & equipment at shop in Southern Monterey County, CA. Will be key player in maintaining commercial & industrial vehicles & equipment. Duties include: Repairing & cleaning various service equipment; Repairing hydraulic & electrical systems; Performing daily inspections & cleaning & maintaining equipment; Recording & updating records & repairs; Traveling to various worksites to provide equipment & complete field repairs; Maintaining shop & yard cleanliness; Operating forklift. Required qualifications: Proven exp. as a mechanic; Valid CA driver’s license with acceptable driving record; Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, & electronic components of vehicles; Forklift operating skills; Ability to handle various tools & heavy equipment; Ability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat & cold. Anticipated work schedule is Mon-Fri/6:00am-2:30pm. Overtime may be required. Full-time position. Wage: $25.00-$35.00 hr. DOE. (#3.0509.101 – Paso Robles)
