Duties include: Performing new member welcome calls & responding to inquiries from members & providers regarding Plan benefits, Plan policies, Member Portal, & claims issues & facilitating appropriate resolutions; Handling daily & extensive contact with members & service providers to resolve complex issues, interpret policies/procedures, explain benefits, respond to requests for service, survey members, & solve problems; Answering phones in specified time frame, while maintaining high quality of service for members & providers; Assisting members, providers, or other departments with scheduling medical appointments & assisting with scheduling transportation needs for members. Required qualifications: High school diploma from accredited school or equivalent; 2+ yrs recent exp. in customer service organization or related field with high degree of problem solving & decision making; Strong telephone & communication skills; Typing certificate 30+ WPM. 1st shift.
