Will be responsible for supporting all day-to-day office operations, providing occasional accounting assistance, & working closely both with SLO team as well as firm wide. Duties include: Greeting visitors & handling incoming calls; Assisting with other administrative duties which include copying, sorting, filing, mailing, etc.; Setting up new projects, vendors, etc. in ERP software; Coordinating lunches, events, travel reservations, meetings, etc. for staff as needed; Maintaining appropriate level of office/breakroom supplies; Receiving & coordinating incoming/outgoing shipments (courier, overnight, mail); Maintaining electronic & hard copy filing system in office, as well as offsite storage. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs exp. in administrative role; 1+ yrs of bookkeeping exp.; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook); Strong organizational traits & accepting of feedback; Ability to prioritize projects & strong problem-solving skills; Multitasking skills, accuracy, & attention-to-detail; Communicate in articulate manner (written, verbal); Accustomed to working in fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or 2-yr. Associate degree preferred (equivalent work exp. will be considered). Exp. in professional services firm is a plus. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position.
