Are you organized, friendly, & great at multitasking? We’re seeking a dependable part-time Office Assistant to join a busy office in Atascadero, CA. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, provide excellent customer service, & keep things running smoothly. If you enjoy variety in your workday & take pride in providing top-notch service, we’d love to hear from you! Duties include: Answering phones & assisting customers with professionalism & accuracy; Handling payments over the phone; Performing data entry & scheduling tasks; Providing general office support & assisting with day-to-day operations; Jumping between tasks as needed—strong multitasking skills are a must! Required qualifications: Strong computer & data entry skills; Excellent communication & phone skills; Detail-oriented, reliable, & friendly. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Schedule: Weekdays/12:00pm-6:00pm (2-3 days per week) & Sat/9:00am-2:00pm. Wage: $19.00-$22.00 hr. DOE. (#5.1031.101 – Paso Robles)
