Needed in Tulare, CA. Duties include: Performing sample gathering, physical measuring, & chemical analysis tests of all batch products; Performing documented inspection of all critical control points of production for conformance to quality & customer specifications; Testing includes physical & chemical testing & other lab testing as required for monitoring & analysis purposes; Approving analysis of batch & finish products; Informing Leads/Supervisors of any issues with product or product analysis; Assisting Leads, Supervisor, &/or Manager in training; Assisting in holding & releasing product. Required qualifications: QA/QC exp. in food industry; Knowledgeable in analytical procedures & product specifications; Able to calibrate equipment based on frequency of procedure; Flexible with shift.
