Duties include: Answering incoming telephone calls & being first point of contact for visitors entering office; Performing routine office tasks necessary for operation of professional office; Completing basic tasks in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook; Preparing correspondence/transmittals for regular & overnight mail; Receiving, sorting, & routing incoming deliveries; Conducting company & client deliveries; Coordinating interoffice mail to outer offices; Cleaning/stocking kitchen & supply room; Running errands such as purchasing kitchen supplies, picking up lunches, purchasing items for meetings & events, etc.; Supporting company events, training, & meetings; Working closely with Human Resources, Marketing, & other group(s) by providing advanced coordination, marketing, & day of facilitation & event clean-up; Responding to miscellaneous clerical/administrative tasks; Decorating office for events & holidays throughout year, (i.e. Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas). Required qualifications: At least 21 yrs old; At least 2 yrs work exp. in administrative function within office setting; Valid CA driver's license; Exp. with MS Word, Excel, & Outlook; Ability to type 40+ words per minute; Ability to lift & carry boxes & supplies on weekly/daily basis, up to 35 lbs. Temporary, Part-time position. Wage: $20.00-$23.00 hr. DOE. (#4.0709.106 – San Luis Obispo)
