Rental Agent

Duties include: Receiving information from tenants in order to initiate & follow through with all aspects of recertification & interim recertifications for compliance issues & regulations such as HUD, tax credit, CHFA, RHCP notifications, verification, & record keeping; Providing administrative support related to preparing Section 8 vouchers, collecting rent, preparing receipts, & maintaining aging reports; Preparing bank deposit & petty cash reconciliations. Required qualifications: Min. 2 yrs college preferred, 3-5 yrs office exp. with affordable housing property management preferred or any equivalent combination of education & exp. Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $19.75-$24.00 hr. DOE. (#3.0410.106 – San Luis Obispo)
