Site Supervisor

Optical Coating company in Arizona seeking Site Supervisor to manage team & give direction to ensure smooth application & completion of scheduled projects. Will be overseeing team’s work & playing active role in providing safe work environment & taking any corrective action necessary to follow safety culture. While working collaboratively with team, you will aid with troubleshooting coating equipment & communicating any issues to General Foremen. Self-motivated individuals are invited to apply for this project-based role that runs seasonally from April to October, with opportunity to travel interstate for work. Duties include: Tracking weather to ensure weather dependent projects can be done; Giving direction, delegating tasks, & supporting team of six; Troubleshooting equipment as needed; Maintaining equipment in proper working order; Driving as needed for supplies or drive equipment. Required qualifications: Valid driver’s license; Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills; Problem-solving & leadership skills; Ability to work well under high pressure; Strong attention-to-detail & organizational skills; Ability to work under various weather conditions. Ability to travel a strong plus. 7 days/wk. Mon-Sun. Hours vary between 6-10 hrs a day starting at 7:00am. Wage: $3,000-$3,500 wk. (#3.0628.101 – Paso Robles)
