Brandon Pate applied with United Staffing Associates in 2011, bringing hands-on experience in metal building installation, construction, and mechanical work. Over the years, we placed him on a variety of assignments within the skilled trades industry, HVAC projects, general building work, and construction jobs throughout the region.
Brandon consistently showed up dependable, hardworking, and adaptable. He valued the relationships he built with our internal team, and the clients he worked for appreciated his craftsmanship and work ethic.
As his experience grew, so did his ambitions.
In 2021, Brandon became a licensed building contractor. Today, he partners with United Staffing Associates from the other side of the table, as a client, calling on us to staff his own construction projects.
