Asst Pack Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Packinghouse Supervisor to help oversee daily packing house operations and supervise a team of employees in Santa Paula & Oxnard, CA. Please apply only if you have previous packing house supervisory experience. Duties include: Supervising, directing, & supporting group of packing house employees; Ensuring employees follow established SOPs, quality standards, & OSHA safety requirements; Helping maintain productivity, safety, & organized work environment. Required qualifications: Previous exp. as an Assistant Supervisor or similar leadership role in a packing house environment; Forklift driving exp.; Bilingual English/Spanish; Strong communication & leadership skills; Dependable & able to work overtime, Saturdays, & holidays as needed. Mon-Sat/6:00am-2:30pm. Wage: $20.00-$23.00 hr. DOE. (#6.0921.112 – Santa Paula)
